Help us keep our meetings spaces neat and clean!

  • Clean up all food and trash immediately after the meeting.
  • Place chairs back under the table or along the walls in an organized fashion.
  • Do not store excess equipment in the room.
  • Do not remove chairs (report shortcomings).
  • Erase content from the dry erase boards before leaving the room.
  • Take lost and found items to the designated room point of contact.

General Etiquette

  • Close the door before meetings begin to be courteous of offices surrounding the meeting room.
  • Avoid cross talk, especially with remote users.

If you’re having technical issues in the room report it! Please don’t leave problems for the next person.
